Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before conversion to withdrawable funds. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified time limit.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gamdam, its directors, officers, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for:
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, Gamdam's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gamdam reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: a breach of this Agreement has occurred; the Account poses a financial crime risk; the User is a Restricted User; or it is necessary to comply with applicable law or a regulatory directive.

Upon closure, any withdrawable balance remaining in your Account (subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gamdam holds its applicable operating licence. Nothing in this clause limits the statutory rights available to you under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
